Hello, Kindly think this logically rather then letting fear control you, have a second opinion from a cardiologist? Do you have a family history of cardiac problems ? If necessary get an echo done. Eat healthy, maintain healthy life style. You will be alright.

Accept the concern that doctor has shared. If u feel you can go for second opinion also. Once you accept it you will try to work for the same and will be fine. Stay safe and health

Hi Firstly speak to the cardiologist and clear all the doubts regarding the ecg finding. Sometimes the fear can be out of proportion to the actual problem. Do consult a psychiatrist for therapy and any medications for phobia if required
Next Steps
Meet a psychiatrist
