Fear of pregnancy

I was intimate with my girlfriend on 11th though did not had intercourse. 5 days later she felt spotting. She missed her periods due for 28th and feeling cramps and back pain for last 12-14 days. We got blood test done on 29th , hcg level is 1.2. However she also takes thyroid medication , her Tsh level is 5.18. but she was having regular periods till last cycle.kindly help.
