My daughter is 3 years old and she has fear of drill machine whoever comes for giving parcel or plumber anyone comes with a bag she imagines that they have drill machine inside and she started crying and tell him bye bye and asking them To leave the place . Is this normal?

It could be that the child has some bad memories associated with the drill machine. Did you ever take the child to a dentist? If she was exposed to a dental drill then most probably that's why she fears it. Or it could be the noise of the drill.
