As per colour doppler echo cardiography, the following are observations Dilated LV RWMA HYPOKINESIA OF INFERIOR+POSTERIOR WALL. MODERATE LV DYSFUNCTION. MILD MR. NO LV CLOT /NO PE. kindly suggest for course of action

Hi. From the echo report, it appears that your heart has already suffered significant damage. Please meet a cardiologist and get a coronary angiography done as early as possible to evaluate why so much damage has happened to your heart.
