Fatty liver in ultrasound report

Sir, fatty liver detected in ultrasound report. I was feeling uneasy in left side my stomach since 4 month. I mostly filling gas and acidity. Then I do ultrasound. Kindly guide

Don't worry.. Avoid oily and fatty foods..Do regular exercise. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Consult your physician and get yourself clinically examined and relevant investigations done like liver function test, lipid profile, blood sugar and get evaluated for hypertension and diabetes mellitus.. Drink plenty of fluids and remain hydrated. Take healthy balance diet.
