Hi Sir, i got an USG of my whole abdomen as i was sufering from weight loss constipation and lots of weknes.The reports shows the liver is mildly enlargd(14.8cm)& increased parenchymal echo genecity.. i consulted a physician.he gave me a tablet colospa retard 200 mg.is it ryt cure?and wots da diet i should take now?

Fatty liver is due to deposition of fat in the liver. Please follow strict control of diet and exercise regularly to improve it. Do Liver Function Tests and USG in 3 months to check the progress
