Fatty liver Grade 2
Please guide on treatment for grade 2 fatty liver which my mother is diagnosed in regular body check up. She is 64
You need to get her liver function tests to see the liver enzymes level.Avoiding fatty,oily foods , consuming adequate water , using fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet ,and if she could walk for 30 minutes a day to lose weight, will help her to reverse the fatty liver .
