Fatty liver

Due to kidney stone, I do sonography regularly. Six months back, report says diffuse fatty liver. Two months back report says grade 1 fatty liver and latest report says mild fatty changes. What does it mean? Are all these 3 terminology same? Or situation is improving or worsening? My sgot, sgpt and all other LFT values are in normal range. Although total choresterol is 228. Almost the same, you need to reduce your weight by at least 10% in the next 6 months, to get rid of it.
