Am 22 years old. 3 years back I had dengue  and after that I have had recurring episodes of dengue infection.(Igg positive). Evry year atleast twice my platelets drop down to 1.6lakh. I feel very tired exhausted and weak most of the times. Some days qm good healthy but few days suddenly drains me. Two years back I had got a health check up in which nt vitamin D was 10ng/Ml and vitamin b12 was 225. I have not taken any medication for it. But now I need to do something about it. Kindly suggest.
