Fatigue, sleepiness between 11am and 5pm

I am having continuous sleepiness through out day. It starts around 11am. My eyes will be closed, as I sat in chair and start reading. After lunch, this becomes more and continues till 5pm. If I do some physical activity like writing or moving around, I don't have the problem. I don't have any sleep problems and sleeps for around 7-8 hours. Is it due to any nutrition deficiency? Earlier I was diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency in January 2017 and I am taking d rise sachet once a week since then.
