My Grandmother was experiencing light headedness and dizziness and was Diagnosed with cervical spondylitis. She underwent medication pertaining to treat vertigo. However, the symptoms did not disappear and additionally she started having low HR and a bit high BP. Subsequently, she was given an ECG + ECHO with Color Doppler. Both tests showed no remarkable anomaly. Post that she was required to undergo certain Blood Test + Holter (48h) and Parotid Doppler. We got the Blood Tests and the impression was She had 7.4HB , B12 177 and 10.12 TSH. Now, she has been taking Iron supplements for a couple of years along with additional Folic Acid. However, this is the 1st time she is Diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. What should we do from here?
