Fatigue and body pain

Temperature is 97.6. No fever, cold or cough. Recovered from fever before two weeks, getting body pain and joint pain often since the recovery. Not feeling brisk or active. Is there any possibility to get fever again or just post recovery symptoms? Kindly suggest
