Has this appeared recently? If yes then getting it clinically examined is adviced. If it was already present , it could be keratinization of the buccal mucosa which is not that uncommon.
Next Steps
- Get it clinically checked if it appeared recently

If this has appeared recently it is advisable to take a clinical opinion from an oral & maxillofacial surgeon and an ent today. Lesions need to be examined. Do not panic watching the news . It may not be anything its difficult to say from a picture but no harm in staying cautious.
