I do my exercise regularly. Not eating junk foods,fried items. I eat only fish and not eating chicken. Still my thigh fat,belly fat and love handles don't go away.Even, after taking a diet for weight loss for a few weeks I look the same. Weight is decreasing but fat is not going. What is this?
What kind of exercise you do?? You will need aerobic exercise: swimming,cycling,using an elliptical trainer,brisk walking,rowing, running,jumping rope for fat loss.
