Fasting Sugar is more than bedtime sugar

2020-06-24 07:38:50
My bedtime sugar comes around 105 but my fasting sugar (i take it after 12 - 14 hrs) comes around 115 despite not eating/drinking anything. Why is this, shouldn't fasting be lower than bedtime? I take early dinner around 6.30 PM. Sleep by 11 pm. Measure sugar at 8.00 AM. How to correct this? Age : 28, Wt: 95 Kg.

At this age your blood sugars are on higher side - prediabetes level. I strongly recommend weight loss.
