My father's fasting sugar is 134. He is a diebetic patient for many years and not taking medicine for diebetis. Is this level is high for a diebetic? What should be the normal range of sugar level for a diebetic in fasting and after food?

Normal range for fasting - 80-130 mg/dl Normal range after food - 120-180 mg/dl
