Fasting sugar higher than PP

My grandmother's fasting sugar is 127. Also PP sugar is 125. Also, her average blood glucose was 128 and Hb1Ac was 6.1. She is diabetic since 40 years. Please can you confirm if she is fine or is there any problem?

Its fine for some people to have a higher fasting than pp sugar level. Her Hba1c is good so you need not worry.
