Fasting blood sugar level 95

After around 11 hours of fasting, my blood sugar level was 95. Is this in the borderline. Am I at a risk of diabetes. Im 34 yrs old female.

It is normal at present. However, 2 hour post meal blood sugar and hba1c are also required to assess the risk
