Fasting blood sugar high

I am a diabetic since 15 years. I am on medication i tab Gemer DS 1 in the morning and Trivolib 2 at night. I am always having the post lunch sugar under good control whereas the fasting is always on the higher side from 135 to 150. Please suggest what needs to be done? Thanks Rajan

Consult Now
Please add tab Galvus 50mg - 1/0/0, after breakfast. Continue with the other medications. Recheck FBS, PPBS after one week.
