Hello there. I can understand your concern. Apply t-bact ointment over it. If there is pus inside, then it definitely needs to be drained. The pus needs to be subjected to bacteriology and appropriate antibiotics needs to be started. Your sugars are not in control. So until your sugars don't improve, don't expect improvement in abscess. Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
