Today accidentally hot boiling soup poured on my face from mixer grinder.How can the scar can be removed in one day as a day after i have to attend an important occasion.My face is swelling and irritation is felt too much but no blister came.A portion of upper layer of my skin has been removed.Cool water and burnol has been applied immediately.
