Hello Doctor, whenever i lie down and try to sleep,after some time my heart beat increases and i get sudden single jerk in my shoulder after which heartbeats gets stable but again same cycle repeats, due to this i am unable to sleep properly.

Hi, symptoms may be due to anxiety or stress. take ECG as base line investigation and consult with doctor.
