Fast Heartbeat

Dear Doc, At times I am to feel my heart is beating fast or able to feel it in my throat. This is happening very recently for me, casually or when I bent down or lean back..attached a photo of pulse oxymeter took today. Then after 15 min I was not able feel the beat in my throat and the beats decrease as shown in second attachment. Please advice.

High hear rate if constant can be svt and if fluctuating can be AF.if it is lasting for small time rush to nearby centre where ECG can be done during palpitations.Further cardiac evaluation.
