Fast heart beat, pain in chest. Sometimes hand's fingers and a leg get jam or a sprain like feeling. Sometimes body temperature feels cold and dizziness. Also had pain in head and yellow or blur vision. Took an ECG test two days ago, it was normal. Currently taking these medicines: Inderal 10 ( 2 times in a day ) Zevit ( 1 time ) Don't know what the actual problem is.

u may have anxiety related sleep disturbances .Do u have any mental stress or having very sensitive nature?
