I have started going fir a walk after a long gap . I am obese weighing 90 kg . I am on bp medication telma 40 and ciplar 10 . But since 2 days when i started my walks my heart rate gas increased and even at rest it us 85-90 . Also after walking it tajes time to come down from 140 to 90 . Approximately 5 minutes .
