For few days my heart beat becomes fast when i wake up in the morning and then after it slows down and becomes normal sometimes it also becomes little fast in evening I have my ECG done and it it normal My entire blood test also done including thyroid profile it is also normal Doc given me clozel 0.5 and ciplar la 20 mg I have no sleeping problem Plss suggest me what med should i take as i am bit of confused should i go for echo test

Take CIPLAR LA. if you are having anxiety, take clozel o. 5 for 1 week. Get echocardiogram done to rule out structural heart disease. Take an ECG at the time of palpitations. It will help a lot. If still symptomatic on medications. Need to be evaluated.
