Got married just last year in feb. My age is 29 ,will touch 30 on January 1,2018. Why do people say that at 30 age you should concieve for the first baby . Cant I take one more year. Is there chances of complications at age 31.

It's just that as u cross 30 the harmones show a bit decline ,which is why we say that you should concieve by 30 , however another one year will not make any much difference .
