I am a 24 year old female with PCOD. Three or four years ago my right big toenail started discoloring and gradually turned into a thick crumbly texture. I used to trim or pull out the loose parts. Now, the entire nail has fallen off except for the tough whitish nail bed. Is this toenail fungus or a symptom of PCOD?
