2days before i got slipped and injured, two cut marks nearby my eyes,my forehead hitted on some iron material. As of now i am taking consultation online through this app and dr suggested me to do ice pack therapy and use anibiotic cream. But today morning I saw swelling is started on my face and i am doing the same as the doctor prescribed me. Please note that i am very far away from the land, i am in sea, I can't approach to any doctor Or clinic physically. Kindly help me i am worried.
