Hello. Very Good evening. As per your history given,  you should start the treatment of the high blood pressure as soon as possible,  in this age. If not treated early,  there would be a dreadful result. I'm not threatening you, just trying to aware you. Also go for an E.C.G and 2D Echocardiography for your father. Spondylosis is of second priorty. Please don't ignore this. Your father is suffering from freshly Diagnosed Hypertension which should be treated by a cardiologist or a Medical specialist. I don't know, from how many years,  he is suffering from undetected spent blood pressure cause Body adapt to the given stress in a specified time,  if not treated. Take care and have a hasty recovery for your father soon. For Spondylosis,  consult an Orthopaedician which doesn't require prompt action. Regards.
