Fainted twice in last one week

I fainted twice in last one week while urinating. I was recently down with viral fever & it all happened after that. Is it a serious health issue? I got all basic tests like cbc, malaria, dengue, ultrasound,etc done & nothing major was diagnosed. I also live a very healthy lifestyle and avoid eating out as well. What could possibly go wrong?

Though i need more details but check ur blood pressure, sugar level, if possible get an EEG done.
