I want to know whether upt may be positive without fatal cardiac activity after 5wks2 days of gestation.

Yes definitely.. Urine pregnancy test s positive in all sort of pregnancy normal , abnormal anything. However many times cardiac activity cn not be appreciated at 5 weeks. Repeat an ultrasound after 10days for viability
