Sorry to say that the treatment you are on the moment is unlikely to get your sugar level under control. I am not saying that high sugars themselves are the reason for you to feel uneasy, but it can not ruled out either. my advise to you would be check your evening sugar levels if you have glucometer other thing is your treatment need optimization . Need to speak to a doctor with all your previous lab results
