Facing problem while Swallowing saliva

Headache and closed nose when I was sleeping created problem in breathing. My eyes turned red. In night suffered from fever also . i have some sensation in my throat . i feel pain while swallowing. 3 days gone since this happening , in starting there come blood in my nose . my nose got blocked in night caused breathing problem to me .

Hello.. Well it seems like you are suffering from upper respiratory tract infection...I would suggest you to consult en ENT specialist for it..Bleeding from the nose may be due to repeated attempts of clearing nose or also due to dryness...For the throat  pain i would suggest you to do salt water gargling...And also use paracetamol for the pain.. thank you
