I'm having cold from 3 days and from morning I'm not able to speak properly my words are getting twisted and I'm feeling like my tongue got a bit heavier

As per your description..there is some weakness in your tongue..need to be evaluated properly.. visit an ENT specialist/General physician for proper assessment.
