Facing problem in stool

My daughter is very much crying at the time of stool.she is facing very problem for smoothly stool.it has become very hard.please please help and suggest any medicine by which she can process her stool process smoothly.i hope she is feeling pain at the time of stool.plz help hoping for a superb guidance for the little daughter as she is facing problem very badly. Kindly mention Age of patient? What you feed her? Are you giving her plenty of water? If age more than one year and you are using cows milk, give sips of water in between feeding every 1 hr. If able to eat Start complementary feeding as dal rice.

Give fibre rich diet ( more vegetables and fruits) Take her to toilet and make her sit in toilet and encourage to pass stools regularly There are some medicines available but you can try these first but if not better meet near by doctor
