Facing ibs and piles problem

Hope you are doing well, In march month my inguinal hernia and left testies operation had done. From last more then 1month i am facing ibs (irritable bowl syndrome) problem my surgeon had  consult me rufagot 400 i took it but didn't get any relief but my psychiatric dr consult me librax 5 2.5 ,now its better but gone to late that why it cause piles problem and piles is causing more stool passing problem,pain, swelling. So can i take PIMOL LIVCON CAPSULE WITH MANULAX CHURNA..???
