Facing frequent urination

Frequent urination but whenever my bladder is full i feel slight chest after releasing urine chest pain is gone .In 2009 i have been gone through open heart surgery .and from several years i m facing ecoli uti problem . Could you please tell is there any thing i need to worry ?
