Facing breathing issue, fast Heartbeats

Hi, I am taking a medication for fungal infection. The medicine I'm taking is itraconzale 100mg two times a day (1 in morning and 1 in evening with Teczine tablet) from 2 weeks. I sometimes feel like I have fast heart rate and have problem in breathing. Should I consult my dermatologist or is it normal to have these side effects?
