From about one & Half years my mrs. developed some black tingues on face ,sometimes more and sometimes less and then accompanied with hair loss. She is u up justnder treatment using creams like 1hydroquinine,tretinoin&,mometasone,furate2 glycolicacid mulbery based 3 jubare skin  whitening cream. 4 miniscalp for hair loss. Despite using these medicines from the last five six months no considerable improvement is noticed instead it has now spread to the neck also. Pl Advice.
