Inspite of being a 21 years old male, i am facing problem in growing proper facial hair.

Its common in some male hair grows at later age  on face. Its sometime run in families means either on paternal or maternal side. Just relax and wait. Meanwhile if you want you can try minoxidil 2% lotion 0.5ml daily after bath. See response. Check for irritation.
