I m using panderm plus cream after a long time ( 3 year se). This cream is very effective but have a severe side effects. I want to leave the use if this cream on my face but cannot leave bcz if i donot use this cream in 2 days it starts itching burning acne redness and backing my face... So u tell me what i do..???? I m totally sad. What cream i use, that have no side effects nd make my skin glowing pimple freee ???...??

Hi ma'am, panderm is a commonly used over the counter cream. One of it's constituents is steroid which is very harmful to your skin. This is what's causing redness and rashes.
Next Steps
As you have been using it for a long time, I would recommend you to stop it and consult a dermatologist.
