Face skin tone is Darkening

My brother name is Nihar. He's face skin tone is getting darker day by day, before it was not so and not only it is becoming dark but also it has lost its shine or the self glow of the skin, so i need help regarding that why it is happening and what should i do to make it better again as before and if any medicine recommended for it. Thank you.
