Face skin burn due to savlon antiseptic

I had used savlon liquid on my skin, but today i saw my skin is red and burned on cheek and a burning sensation which is now ok..  but what to do to make the healing faster and also to make sure that no scar remains?

Need to check the burn and then appropriate treatment should be taken. Kindly don't apply any other thing over it to make things worse as the skin has already become sensitive.
