Hi i have frequent pimples on my face and hairs full of dandruff my skin was flawless now it is full of pimes ease suggest what should i do

If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Brand names can't be written in open forum. Try to frequently wash your face with water only. Stop using any cosmetics or moisturiser on your face. For hair fall you need to do investigations.
