Face feeling tight

2020-05-08 07:37:30
In any stressful situation, especially when im tensed, my cheek feels tight, and weird. Mostly happens due to extensive work stress, in this lockdown. Two times it led to slight tingling like weird feeling in one of my cheek. As soon as I divert my mind from the tension, it goes away. Being an IT professional I lead a highly stressful life and in this WFH scenario I'm working 8-10 hours straight. Please help me understand if this is anxiety and how I can reduce it. Or if it us something very serious, I'm very worried as I'm suffering from different issues from last two years and living in a state of constant stress.

It sounds like anxiety and stress, practice some stree reliving excercise like slow and deep breathing or Pranayama, go to window and look at the plants in sunlight. Take breaks frequently let it be for 5 min, get out of your chair. Avoid frequent coffee intake. Sleep at least 8 hrs Stay away from phone and TV as you are on computer for 8hrs a day.

See, you have to reduce your anxiety. Take a little break between work. Take adequate rest and proper diet. Hydration is most important.
