Wanted to ask will it completely be go through surgery i.e acne pits and cutted mark on my face?is there any problem with surgery if I may go through?please suggest.

Cut marks can be removed by surgery. In case of acne marks it depends on what is the thickness and depth of mark. I need photograph. .
