I have acne on my face from last 3 years.. In 2014 i visit a doctor and he prescribed me resoten, benzoyl peroxide tube, resuglow c20 lotion etc. Then acne disappeared for 8-9 months.. In 2016 I visit another doctor he prescribed me nadoxin gel and some tablets. They said me this happened due to hormones.. But now from few weeks same problem happen.. I went for walk daily In morning and gym to evening and drink 4-5 litre water.. But acne not stop.. I want to treat acne naturally.. Please help

Acne happens mainly due to hormones and it usually affects people in age group 15 to 30 years ( rarely till 35years). In this age group it is difficult to achieve complete cure but we can control it with treatment. Acne treatment depends on type and stage and once it clears, we can treat spots and scars. Even after complete clearance you need to continue the maintainance therapy to prevent further acne.
