Can I use olive oil for acne face and it's oily skin for reducing pores. Please suggest for stopping pus like pimples

Please avoid oils and oily applications on your face when your skin in acne prone. The oil would clog the pores and aggravate you acne. Apply a gel containing clindamycin for the acne prone area. It would be better if you visit a dermatologist who would assess you skin and advice the right medication for you .
