The best vision you can achieve with glasses is 6/9 , slightly less dan normal 6/6. Considering ur age theres possibility of cataract/ retinal degeneration. Nct is the pressure inside ur eye, dats normal. Foh can mean fovea in retina exam. Axis is the axis of cylinder power of ur glass prescription.
